Truly warm welcome-with a much needed “cuppa”! A very friendly place, we always feel welcome. Close enough to attractions, far enough away to be quiet. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Paula and Ray and their team look after their guests very well. They are always ready with up to date advice on what is going on, and how to get there. Stay here and you will be very glad you did.

A lovely Guest house, making you feel like you are visiting and staying with friends. Great breakfast with a choice of the full works or lighter options. Lovely clean en-suite room. The owners knowledge is second to none with tips and suggestions on where to visit whatever the weather. I would recommend staying here near the railway station and a bus route and within walking distance of the main town and seafront.

Fantastic place to stay beautiful room comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing good choice Fantastic service. Paula Ray and girls were the best very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back to stay when we next visit Torquay.

Third visit to Grosvenor House, a warm welcome from Paula and Ray. I cannot recommend the place more highly. Nice clean airy rooms, with complimentary tea & coffee, replaced every day. Good breakfast served with a smile. Handy carpark in front of B&B, but no need to use your car, Torquay station close by, and bus stop just up the road for a trip to Babbacombe, or down on the front for the bus to Paignton or Brixham. A short stroll down the road from the B&b through the grounds of Tore Abbey takes you to the sea front.

A clean and comfortable B&B in a quieter area of Torquay, close to the sea front and Torre Abbey. We enjoyed our four night stay in room one which was large, well-furnished, with a comfy bed and sitting area in the window with a table and two chairs, perfect for planning your days in Torquay. Breakfast was nicely presented and well cooked with some items available for pre-order the night before. ||Paula and Ray our hosts, were friendly and always happy to provide guidance on where to go or what to do in Torquay. Parking was an added bonus.

Brilliant place to stay. Ray and paula are very welcoming. Breakfast is superb. Plenty of it. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice. I had a Beautifull room, the added touches were very nice indeed. ||Lovely reception staff, I had a great stay and would definitely return. ||It felt luxurious!
