Nice and friendly place, food was fresh cooked and can take dogs in . Right near market well work a stoop off for food or a drink . Good traditional food offering great prices. 2 meals 2 drinks £25 and dog treats given

We just had a delicious Sunday lunch . The small portions were actually the perfect amount . Our Greyhound and Whippet were offered lunch too which they really enjoyed ! The staff were super, customers chatty, good atmosphere, great food at good prices . Tasty Ale aswell ! Our 'go to ' pub within walking distance from our home . We will visit again soon . Thankyou .

Very reasonably priced pub grub, good beer and a lovely landlady who treated our dogs like royalty!

Excellent town pub. Great atmosphere when busy. Can be quiet in the week or during the day. Food is always top notch and staff are always friendly. Great little sports bar with pool table. Great location right in the centre of town.

Friendly staff, good drinks and games room. Food can be a bit hit or miss usually a hit though, breakfasts are good as are the jackets, sandwiches etc. Food is on the cheaper side and portions large so good value for money but quality not always the best, had a huge gammon steak and it was cooked well but quality of meat wasn't the best, would rather they charged a little more and got a better/smaller cut.

A decent boozer, though no free parking, all paid. Next to the Pannier market. Good selection of beers, but the Ales came out too cold. Cheap beer prices compared to Exeter. Grub was good. Sport on TV.
