Food is always nice. However like a lot of the reviews on here, the customer service needs looking at. The girl that served me looked like she would rather be anywhere but serving customers! Plus the order was wrong.

Working in the area thought I would give this a try and will not be returning maybe give your staff some customer service training as they clearly lack it from the crappy way they speak to customers need to be clear as to what a supper is because adding dry chips to a steak pie is not a supper, adding chips gravy and peas is a supper and asked for a bread roll which isn’t even buttered and want silly money for it food was crap as well chips really dry and so was the steak pie best thing about the meal was the can of coke binned it and went somewhere else absolute joke of a chippy

Drove into strathaven town centre a couple of weeks ago. Out for a drive with my partner . Stopped by to get ice cream. That in it self. Was amazing. However the service we felt was a little cold. And felt unwelcome We both felt like out of town folk

Placed a big order and they did not disappoint. Variety of perfect chippy type food with good banter at a reasonable price.

Absolutely stellar chippy! Special fish is phenomenal and the pizzas are one of if not the best in Scotland. The staff are amazing as well, so welcoming to their customers. To top it off they have mobile ordering from their website which is brilliant! Myself and my wife wouldn't go to any other chippy, we cannot recommend it enough! 6 stars out of 5

Food was good But attitude of staff towards my mother was disgusting Had ordered food and hadn't been asked if wanted bags over phone Whilst collecting food my mother was asked if she wanted a bag. She sayed yes. Gentleman in back of shop shouted at her she hadn't asked for bags and wasn't in receipt. Then was shouted at its 20 pence a bag. Really not the best way to deal with customers even if my mother did say food was good
