This gym used to be very clean and taken care of. The staff took care of you immediately in a timely manner. Now you have at any given moment 3-5 staff members standing behind the counter on their phones, talking to eachother, really getting paid to just stand around and socialize with eachother. If they would do their actual job and maintain the equipment, the floors, spa beds, instead of making customers sit and wait 45 mins for a tanning bed when no one has walked in or out of that bed the whole time. Get your customers in and out instead of making us sit and wait because your too damn busy on your phones or talking about your private life. Maybe you should be out acknowledging the customers sitting and waiting for services, cleaning machines, floors, tanning beds, spa beds etc. when you get into a tanning bed and you see the dirt around the air vents that can easily be cleaned, and sweat marks on machines that's gross and a potentially an infection control issue. The staff that was there a year ago was better then these kids that do not understand work ethic. Maybe upper management should be around more often and direct their staff, I'm sure there are health regulations that have to be abided by, and they are clearly not. Hire someone who actually wants to work not stand there and play on their phones or stand behind the counter and not even say hello to the people walking in. Give some lessons on customer service and efficiency.

Honestly like this place, but ima give it a 2 simple because of the guy who works a lot of the times I go. Dude closes off an entire area to mop the floor for forever. Why am i paying money to not be able to use the machines when I go?. He did it td and I just walked out.

Planet fitness is a nice place over all app usage is absolute garbage. I would not recommend my friend. if I could give the app zero stars, I would

It's still a mostly clean gym, but the staff has changed so much. No longer welcoming and takes forever to be acknowledged when utilizing the spa.

New management here is so poor I canceled my membership after 10+ years. Everything is dirty, arbitrary rules placed on tanning and spa services check in, and I was treated like a child and gaslit when I confronted staff. Such a shame.

This planet fitness just fired the general manager for telling a man he can not use the woman's locker room area. Corporate fired the manager and reassured the man that they have absolutely no problem in allowing him to use the woman's locker room area. Imagine that's your wife or your daughter in there and there's a whole grown ahh man in there with his junk flapping in the wind but it's okay because corporate said it was. You have some explaining to do.

My workout experience and motivation has changed dramatically since I joined this gym. I cannot say enough good things about Emilee Seagle, a personal trainer, who I have been working with both one-on-one and in group classes. Her knowledge of physiology and what routines work best for my body are amazing and creative. Our group classes are encouraging and full of laughter. I am so grateful for Emmy’s guidance and influence in helping me meet my goals for a healthier and happier me!

Staff is great. Always feel important when I visit there. The hydro massage bed is fabulous.
