Sunday carvery was really good. 4 different meats when we went, and i'm sure there was 18 accompaniment. Gravy was delicious, other sauces available, I had mint that was great. Overall I would happily recommend to others. Good price too.

Wow. What a welcome Daniel and his mum provide the locals and passing trade like myself. Love the music and the beer/ food. Spicy chicken wings and fries went down a treat. ( Trick or Treat night! ) Will definitely be back Daniel, when I'm next in Cambridge and need to stay overnight. You're doing a great job. Hugh ( Eric Morecambe!)

This could very well be the best pub in Cambridge. Absolute proper pub. Serving a great selection of drinks. Run by a lovely family. The best thing about the pub is probably the food. High quality Caribbean cooking and a delicious Sunday carvery. We are lucky people to have this in arbury.

What happened? I’ve lived over the road for 12 years. Seen a few landlords come and go for the Carlton, but it’s always been my local and I’ve enjoyed them no frills down to earth atmosphere. But recently, there’s been a really aggressive vibe outside - shouting, people openly puffing away on weed. Just feels like a proper dive now for the first time in my 12 years. Time for another landlord!

What a fantastic first time back after many years! From the first welcome from the team to the food and the value for money! We were offered a taster of the jerk chicken before we ordered and it did not disappoint, the team were chatty and helpful we will definitely be back again!

Went for Sunday roast. Parsnips were inedible. Roast potatoes were soggy in oil. Two tiny scraps of meat in their 'standard' plate size. Had to wait half an hour to eat despite having booked. Will not be returning.

Beautiful pub !! Had a chef called Daniel who was very helpful and made a delicious pizza , good pints aswell !!
