The atmosphere outside was nice. Even the food tastes delicious must try the Korean glazed Aubergine. However, the service seems slow as it was not too busy, but it took a long time for the food to be served. And even I guess there are less staff working on Sunday.

Amazing outdoor space with lovely flowers and good outdoor furniture. Food wasn’t anything special but it’s extremely reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. Full of locals which says it all. A no nonsense pub that is really pleasant to sit out in on a sunny day.

My husband and I stumbled across this pub after doing a walk in the area and we were really pleasantly surprised. This has to be one of the nicest outdoor seating areas I’ve come across! So many gorgeous flowers and just such a pleasant atmosphere. We had the steak pie which was lovely and a nice cold pint that went down a treat. The staff were lovely and friendly and the prices were very reasonable too! So, if it’s a nice day and you’d like a drink in a lovely, quiet beer garden, look no further!

The gardens here are beautiful and full of colour in the summer with comfortable seating. The menu is great with plenty of choice, and good portions. The steak pie is delicious. And the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

A lovely country pub, great atmosphere, excellent service, friendly staff. Food and beer top notch. Highly recommended.. Will be visiting again. Five Star all round.

Fantastic old pub in a country village with a beautiful arrangement of flowers and outdoor seating. Staff were very friendly and the beer was excellent, not tried the food yet but will be going back just for the Madri Spanish lager.

I would say this is probably the best oub in Nottingham. Fantastic drinks, great locals and the sitting outside in the sun is spot on!😎 10/10
