My daughter’s first time here and it’s safe to say we won’t ever be back. The food looks,tastes disgusting as well as smells horrible. The ranch didn’t even taste like ranch. Not sure if it was a bad night but I’m not wasting my money on this again. Yes she tried to eat the fries but couldn’t finish it do to how bad it was.

Their wings are sooo good! The sauces were spot on! And oh my gosh, the 2 lady employees who waited on me, were fantastic!!! They were super nice! Just in case for future reference, if you want great service and yummy wings and fries order on Tuesday evening-night :-)

It was my first time here and glad to say I’ll be back! Lunch staff was super nice, patient and even gave me a lemonade for being a first time customer. Wings were amazing only thing I can say is the creole sauce isn’t as good as it sounds. Overall very satisfied!

Overall the staff is really nice and the place is clean but the food tastes horrible. Only thing redeemable was the Fry's. The wings were trash.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a very large order for a party through Uber eats. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived at my house, he only had one bag of my food. I called the restaurant and an associate, Johanna, was very friendly and after just a few minutes offered to drive the missing bags to my house. She went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it as I was not able to leave my house to go get the bags. I will definitely order again soon because the food was very yummy!

"New" menu sucks. They got rid of some of my favorite appetizers and sides including the brussel sprouts and cornbread. The prices went up, and the volume of food went down (used to be able to order a 12-piece, now can only get 10). The app never works. I went from ordering once or twice per month as a big fan and a regular to only ordering once in a blue moon at most. Just an entirely frustrating experience from start to finish that's not worth what you get out of it. Seems like they sold out to some corporate overlords, and the customer got the shaft in the process. So disappointing.

The Lunch Staff is superb as they are always friendly, kind, and timely. 05/23/25 Update: This Detroit wing company goes far beyond above and beyond when it comes to service! The entire staff is exceptional — well managed, organized, kind, friendly, and always polite. They greet every single person from our company with genuine happiness whenever we stop by to pick up food. We’re regulars here on our bi-weekly paydays, and it’s become a beloved tradition in our department. We absolutely love the food, the wings, and everything else they offer. It’s truly the definition of service with a smile. What makes this place even more special is their commitment to working with special needs individuals, which speaks volumes about their values and heart. Hands down, this is the best Detroit Wing Company spot in the entire nation. Nothing else compares. Highly recommend for anyone looking for incredible wings and outstanding service.

The wings were delicious. They had a great flavor and the other sauces were great as well. Food was hot and order was ready as promised.
