First time! Ordered take out. Choose 3 platter yum! Great service! Friendly atmosphere and workers. We were missing several items such as cornbread, some sort of Twinkie thing and all the fixings for the barbecue stuff that we had specified in the order, but did not receive. Otherwise it would be a five star review.

This place used to be one of my favorite places to dine at/carry out. These last two months and including today has been a dissapointing experience. Today the server/bartender not very friendly, she was to busy being social with people she knew. If u order 2 meals u have to specifically say dont put the orders in the same box, in which they seem to keep doing. I ordered catfish nuggets and mac n cheese. I got 9 small nuggets and a child size scoop of mac n cheese in which cost me about 25 dollars, when your kids mcdonalds happy meal has more food than what u have just paid 25 for thats crazy and then charged me a fee on top to use my card, and when I tried to talk to the server and ask when did they start charging to use your card, and when did the food prices go up, she blew me off by telling me its the economy. In which I understand that, but if this how they are doing business now, thats really sad to limit portions, raise food prices, charge for spending money with them and to end it with a rude server, and the server will tell u the prices are different because the menus arent updated. I enclosed pics on the 1st time I ordered catfish nuggets and tried again to see if any better. I really hate that this business is not the same friendly customer service and good food as before. The pics are 2 seperate days and neither was worth almost 25 dollars for just nuggets an mac n cheese.🙁

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!! Dude is nothing but a scam. Paid him a deposit to do a wedding.He pocketed the money, in 4 or 5 months never sent a menu or contract and then became impossible to get a hold of. We asked for our money back he promised a refund and then, wanted to play games about providing the refund. Finally, after having to deal with his unprofessional behavior got our refund. There are many better, more reputable barbecue joints who want business, available to use instead of this guy. Most other places also require less of a deposit for a bigger menu and selection than this guy. Edit: the owners response just proves the lack professionalism and lies by himself. Never was the deposit $1000, never was non refundable mentioned, can't pay when the dude wont respond to messages, and never was his staff harassed I simply called to ask for him since he wants to block people for calling out his bullshit and then he had his staff lie and say he wasnt there even tho he previously told us he was. The dude can't even keep his lies straight and completely lacks and professionalism.

Bobby Lane BBQ catered an event for 25 people. The food arrived just as ordered, brisket, turkey, pulled, green beans, Mac & cheese & coleslaw. The event was a success without a hiccup & every one raved about the food. This organization meets quarterly & the main speaker said the food set the bar extremely high for future events. Communication & service was excellent! Thank you very much for making our event memorable.

Food was great the first time. But takes an extraordinarily long time, even when the order is placed online. It's always at least 25 minutes after the time it says it will be ready. We were so excited to get Bobbie Lane's when our daughter and son-in-law were in town as we had told them how good it was. Got home with our order, and received tots (which are cold) instead of cheese curds (not exactly a similar price). No fried pickles, no pulled pork. Ridiculous. Especially after being told that the 25 minutes it took waiting in the restaurant was because "something was missing when they checked." BBQ sauce cups are maybe 1/3 filled. Brisket is very dry. Ridiculous. I had to edit this twice because we kept finding problems. The "Texas toast" is whole-wheat sandwich bread (was real Texas toast the first time). One coleslaw had no lid. I don't get it. How can you make someone wait 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and then have so many mistakes? $130 worth of food. Sad to say, we won't be getting this again. Food is good, but BBQ isn't exactly cheap, and missing items and excessive time isn't worth it.

First time here and the food was absolutely great! Four of us total and we all shared food so got to taste a lot of everything! Totally bummed that they were out of onion rings and onion straws...... ordered a Moscow Mule that changed it to Maker's Mark bourbon and it was one of the best I've ever had! Kudos to the server who had the entire dining room by herself because the other lady didn't come in.

The food is incredible, and the Texas Twinkies are a MUST try! Best burgers in town too!! 2 thumbs way up, highly recommend!

I’m not sure if we came on an off day or it’s just bad. My wife and I came in here to eat on a date, ordered the pick 4 platter to share, and a single cocktail to share and the food was mediocre at best and came out with cold baked beans and was very small for it being a pick 4 meats platter. The cocktail was delicious. Our waitress was good but I honestly don’t think I’ll go back. The restaurant has no identity. There are beer advertisements, which is expected, but then they’re playing kids movies, which is weird. Behind the bar, there was still Christmas tinsel as well as Chinese lanterns hanging from some of the lights. The atmosphere was odd all together. The pictures online and what actually comes out of the kitchen is way different. I was very disappointed.
