What a great find for us. Fantastic food, exceptional service. We even planned to return the next night, but unfortunately a bus of 40 people had pre-booked. But we will be back. Pay them a visit, you won't regret it.

We went there today as a party of 12 for my dad’s 80th birthday and it was superb in every way. The food excellent, the service excellent and the ambiance the same!! One of the best gammons I’ve had in any pub restaurant. Good prices on the food and the bar. Highly recommend this bar restaurant to anyone 👍

On Wednesday our group of over 20 had our Christmas Lunch here. Everyone agreed the food, atmosphere and especially the food deserved the five stars. Food from the Christmas menus was tasty, hot and all arrived at the same time, no mean feet for a busy pub. We will book again for next years meal.

The food was excellent with generous portion sizes. The octopus was cooked to perfection—tender and not chewy at all. The fish was both flavorful and tender, a truly delightful experience! The oysters were slightly small but still tasty.

We booked a table for 6 ladies, for our yearly works reunion, have to say we were very disappointed, no Christmas atmosphere I.e no Christmas crackers or decorations on the table , and the price for the two different menus, normal sized meal, and smaller portions was disgusting. £10 difference to the two meals, only to have one roast potato extra , and a small sausage, and as for the Christmas Pudding , only difference was a larger dish 😡 so have to say very disappointed, and then started to clear the table , whilst not asking us if we wanted to order any more drinks. So definitely won’t recommend, and won’t be booking again .

Had a lovely meal here last night. Greek salad was delicious and my husband's burger was, according to him, first rate. Dog friendly in bar and lovely locals who chatted away and made us feel at home.

Really lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. It was perfect for watching the lionesses win the Euros! They have a fantastic range of beer IPA and cider from across the UK definitely worth checking out. I used to work in the trade so it was a lovely surprise to see what they had on tap. I had a lovely mango cider! And everyone there is so nice!

A lunchtime for four retirees eating from the low cost menu. A lovely pub with sunny outside space and good car parking. The menu as expected was limited but not a problem. We chose roast ham egg n chips. Not the best choice. The ham was very like a Tesco shop bought cut. Disappointed. The crumble swimming in custard was enjoyed. Lovely staff attentive to our mobility needs. Thank you
