Lovely traditional pub! The bar staff was very friendly and welcoming! There was plenty of different lagers & ales to choose from, it’s a little quiet on weekdays but is the place to be on a weekend! 💃 🕺🪩 🍺 🍷 I would recommend if you are in the area then pop in and pay a visit it’s a fantastic pub! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also “The Cock” is a Dog Friendly Pub! 🐶

Very good! Friendly staff! Looks like it's not that busy at the moment during weekdays. But, they have quiz nights and some live music on certain days.

Was really pleased to see the Cock had re-opened and headed there on Saturday night. The place was really busy with a great atmosphere which was great to see. Has kept the same 'proper' pub feel which is missing from so many places now. The only negative for our visit was the beer wasn't chilled enough which didn't make for a great pint. Overall a great place if the beer was chilled more it would be a 5* review.

To expensive can go a couple of doors down and get half price. No wonder shut down so many times. Rest of town is reasonable on for the hoity toity. Edit after reply: I am struggling to see these replies you speak of. As for why i left the food review…it is because I have no other choice. The fact you don’t serve food is not my problem. How can i review something you don’t allow me to try. The fact remains that £6.50 for a non alcoholic beer is disgusting. I was one of the original customers after the turkish place closed (Jan 20). Back when u sold becks vier for less than £3 a pint.

Lovely little pub with regularly rotating guest ales. Great service with friendly staff. I visited mid week so there was not much atmosphere. But an enjoyable visit nonetheless. Being from Bradford, I was looking forward to a pint of Landlord, but I was told it wasn't on that week. Never mind 😊
