Lovely food, tastefully served, and plentiful. I like how my gravy came seperate in a small gravy boat on my plate too. This ensures that you get the gravy you require and it's not all over the meal. Staff are attentive too. We will definitely will be back!

A lovely evening spent with friends. The bar was very busy, so it took a while to get served, but everyone was served in the order they arrived (so the lady behind the bar was paying attention). In the restaurant area, the meals arrived quickly. I ordered Shepherd's Pie - quite tasty but not the best, and I chose Bakewell Tart for dessert - again it was okay but a little disappointing. There was a TV on behind me with a football match playing, so I wouldn't choose this place for a romantic date. In the car park. Which was busy but not full, my vehicle was scratched by another car, despite my parking at the far end where it was quieter. Onviously that's not the fault of the pub and isn't reflected in my score, but the spaces are quite narrow. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

Made very welcome, very polite. As i am a fussy eater the menu had lots of choices, from basic snack foods to main meals. Will definitely be visiting again. Would highly recommend.

Went back in May 2024, and what a treat! Warm friendly welcome, quick service and delicious food. We had the starter and main which was on offer. Calamari was gorgeous, and I chose lasagne and was very impressed :) we were stuffed after our meals! Now planning to return again this week and we are looking forward to it. Thanks to the team

Food is amazing. My son and I go as we are tryjng to acclimatise our rescue dogs after going to the doggy field. The staff are always friendly, plus they sell sausages on their own for doggies 😁😍

5 of us just popped in for a quick drink on our way home & shared a table full of sides; chips, halloumi fries & garlic bread. All amazing & came out red hot. Dog friendly so our 2 dogs got to sit with us as well, would definitely come again if we're ever in the area.
