We went for our 10th wedding anniversary and got seated at a table. Nobody came to serve us, it was busy but we should have still had decent service. We then decided to order drinks on the app to give a server time to come and take our food order, we waited 35 minutes for our drinks to be brought to our table and still nobody took an order for food. We then decided to order in the app and the food was definitely worth the wait but we did get the food faster than the drinks. After eating we ordered a dessert but was told it was out of stock so we ordered some others that were in stock but got overcharged after the member of staff said "I will charge you the extra" from the prices online and on the menu she over charged us by £2. A really disappointing first time experience. On the way out nobody even spoke to us or acknowledged us or even said thanks for visiting. The service was absolutely shocking and let down our whole anniversary.

The staff were welcoming and helpful especially Tegan who was our waitress and made sure we had everything we needed. The only reason I've marked down the food 1 star was my fish was very slightly overcooked but not enough to complain about. There is a lovely atmosphere in a lovely setting, definitely recommend and return.

I came here with my family as a going away celebration for my elder daughter. She is gluten free and myself and younger daughters are vegan. I felt there was plenty of choice but sadly only one pudding option - a crumble- and there wasn’t any vegan ice cream or custard so I ate it plain. The staff are lovely and they were happy to take a family photo for me. We all thought the meals were presented beautifully and there was plenty of choice.

Fantastic dinner! Service was friendly and swift. Our party greatly enjoyed their meals. The steak and ale pie was superb, as was the cheese leek pie. The halloumi fries were also a hit. They were accommodating to my wife's egg allergy as well. Thank you!

Lucia was amazing as busy as it was herself and anther tall male member of staff apologized for the delay in mine and my friends food taking a little longer than it should have. The drinks came to the table quickly and the soundings and atmosphere was delightful I’ll will most definitely be returning.

Good food, although rather overpriced. Best to look out for the regular 30% off vouchers. Beautiful room and views of the canal. Very slow service. The curry was pretty average and missing mango chutney. My wife loved the sea bass.

Very good food which surpassed our expectations. The restaurant area was busy and this added to the lively atmosphere. Our server/ waitress, Carolynne, , was exceptional with her efficiency, attention to detail and friendly positive attitude. We shall be coming again soon👍👍👍.
