The mains was average, I had scampi which tasted like frozen scampi you buy from Asda. It was not the best I have had. My partner had the burger which looked delicious. Normally we don't treat ourselves to dessert. However we did on this occasion. I ordered the biscoff sundae and my partner got the éclair. OMG I have never seen anything like it, it was gigantic. The sundae was delicious and the éclair was brought home as too large to eat. All the staff were very attentive, Nathan was very friendly and cheerful.

Absolutely lovely dinner, only slight issue was that the roasties were very dry. We got in early with a 12 o'clock booking so I don't think they'd have been sat too long. The rest of the food was delicious, we just beat the queues as by the time we ate there were loads of people waiting! Service was great, staff friendly and attentive :-) Cake next time!

Arrived at Willow Farm, Cramlington at around 7pm purely because of the advertised unlimited carvery. From the start, the experience was a mess. I went to the bar to order and was told there was no beef. While disappointing, I said that was fine and asked to continue with my order. I was then flatly refused a carvery altogether because there “wasn’t enough meat.” I even asked if I could just have a portion of meat with unlimited veg and was still told no, with no proper explanation. Moments later, a couple walked in, went to the bar, were told there was no beef, said that was fine — and were immediately served a carvery. Watching this happen after being refused myself was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The atmosphere was awful. Staff were shouting across the bar, creating a chaotic and unprofessional environment. Service overall was shocking, with no check-backs after food was served and no care shown toward customers. Advertising an unlimited carvery, refusing to serve it to some customers, and then serving others without issue is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had and I won’t be returning.

Reserved a booth for 5people ( it's been 3 times i'v done this now) we arrived on time, told by a very unhelpful member of staff no booth available even though we could see 2 booths had a reserved sign on. We queued for easily 15mins, ate our meal & noticed 2 booths still remained empty. Then, on leaving, an elderly couple was shown to 1 of the booths. By this time there were plenty of empty tables elsewhere. What is the point of trying to reserve a booth when you clearly are not going to get given one by staff who are rude & do not listen when you try to explain; this keeps happening. We will not be coming back & will take our money somewhere staff are nice.

Lovely Sunday carvery, but extremely long queue on a Sunday lunchtime. I wouldn't go back for carvery, as it spoils it, as I have arthritis, so can't stand long. Kids were fed up waiting ages in queues for drinks and food. Kids area was lovely though. Staff very helpful, too. Just too busy on a Sunday lunchtime.

I’ve been here before, was meeting up with a friend so we decided to have a CHANGE and go down the road. NEVER AGAIN!! Was so cold the customers were sitting with their coats on. Parking you had to register which is not visible and staff don’t tell you and to top it off only 1 chef on so 40 minute wait. So we decided to go back where we enjoy. WILLOW FARM Thankfully we did. ❤️Enjoyed a great carvery, lovely and warm, staff very pleasant food was deliciously HOT. Ample parking which is free, not many places do this these days, so no rush to be out after 2/3 hours, especially when meeting up with friends/family, so no rushing down our main and pudding 😁. Lovely area for children (soft play ) which is not dominant, tucked away so family can see their children and still enjoy the food. Private area for those who wish to have a private meal and lots of seating. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Nice to know we can rely on a business that thinks of their customers. Highly recommend.

We came for Sunday lunch and had 3 small carvery’s, the servers were very pleasant and gave us a good amount of meat. The meat was tender and moist and the vegetables were cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was very friendly too

We ordered the unlimited carvery and didn’t even want to go back up for more because the food was that bad, which says a lot. The food was unbelievably dry and rock hard. The roast potatoes were so solid you could probably build a house out of them and it would pass a structural survey. The Yorkshire puddings were chewy. Nothing like Toby Carvery where they are actually crispy instead of something you have to wrestle with. They usually have beef but we were told it was out of stock today, a carvery without any beef.... wow. It must be very hard to get hold of a cow these days, are they now an endangered specied? We ordered two pints of Cokes with ice and both glasses were only about 80 percent full. They really love leaving a big empty gap at the top of the glass, guessing it saves a few pennys. Would not recommend! Best avoided.
