Service is good, the first night we visited we had burgers which was great value as it was a friday and they had a special on. When we returned on the Saturday the food was not good. A steak and ale pie which didn't have a single piece of steak in 😅 Drinks are on the higher end £6 for a shandy. Plenty of free parking available

My family and I have been regulars here ever since we moved to the area. I honestly can’t fault the food or the staff—they’re both fantastic. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s especially nice how understanding they are with young kids, even when things get a little loud. The food is always great, and our breakfast cooked by Courtney this time was absolutely delicious.

Leila and the staff fabulous cant recomend this pub enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who really go the extra mile. The food is absolutely fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was top-notch, and the portions were generous too. The drinks menu is equally impressive, with a great selection of beers on tap, creative cocktails, and a well-curated wine list. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen and reasonably priced. It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and drinks so perfectly, but this pub really delivers. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual pint, a hearty meal, or a night out with friends, it’s the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Service is always reliable and fast. Staff including Luke and Mark are always helpful to answer any questions or make accommodations. They also answer everything with a smile on their faces and have a friendly manner. Food is generic pub chain food but not badly priced. Love how they always have a deal on the Prosecco. £11 for a full bottle of rose Prosecco so win win.

Absolutely shocking attitude from a so called manager. Bingo was on a friday night Absolutely fine... 20+ veterans have been coming here the same weekend for the last 5 years being told to be "respectful" over £400+ spent between us all on food and drink to be told to leave because we were making "too much much noise" all having a laugh and joke with each other. Managment and staff begging us not to write a bad review.... other customers saying that their bingo wasn't being impacted.. clearly a managment issue. Managment getting in the faces of customers and then refusing to give names. Absolutely disgraceful attitude to have... happy to take your money then kick you out. Absolutely zero customer service skills from anyone.

This is a general review regarding what happened last night! Every Friday is bingo night. However last night a group of non bingo players were very noisy and disruptive. On various occasions they were asked to keep the noise down they just got louder. So a few of the bingo players shouted to them to be quiet! This then caused a barrage of abuse! Caroline who calls the bingo, stopped calling and went over to the group and politely spoke to them! One of the group decided it was ok to threaten Caroline, by saying he would bottle her and slit her throat! The manager Luke who is such a lovely person intervened and asked them to leave he was also threatened. They had to be escorted out which was done in a professional manner and eventually after they gave a lot of abuse they went! I noticed this group has put on a review which most of is untrue. I was disgusted to find these were a group of veterans that I personally would not expect this behaviour from. Also Caroline who they threatened is constantly fund raising for various veteran groups! I would like to praise Luke and his team for making us feel safe and doing the right thing.
