Beautiful old thatched pub in the heart of Thornborough with brilliant atmosphere Andy the landlord is friendly and always up for chat 2 bar pub with games room to left with pool table and darts and right room is the lounge area toilets were nice and clean 1st time visited today and played few games of pool and cider was really good hope to visit again in few months

Friendly local pub. Public bar has plenty of seating, pool and darts. There’s also a lovely snug. Seating in the garden thru the summer and easy to park.

My parents love this pub and brought me along when I was visiting them. Great place, lovely friendly atmosphere. Everyone seems to know everyone else but that doesn't stop them being very welcoming to new faces. You feel right at home in minutes.

A brilliant local pub - the heart of Thornborough! A pub with two sides - there is a very cosy snug with a fireplace on the right as you come in, or a more open busier side to the left, which also has a pool table. The pool table hosts some fierce competition on a Friday night, but anyone is free to join. The Howe & Co Fish & Chip van stops here on a Friday night and you can eat these in the pub. There is a large beer garden outside for those summer nights!

What a rare gem of a traditional pub this place is, a lovely cosy atmosphere with equally very accommodating staff and owners. It's such a shame that these types of pubs aren't everywhere. I fully recommend this rare traditional pub..... Not to be missed

Nice little pub in a beautiful area, owners very welcoming aswell as everyone else! Clean toilets, pool table, huge garden good beer. What more can you want Definitely recommend a stop here if you've got the chance
