Three of us were looking for somewhere to watch the England game on Tuesday evening and decided to try the Richmond Arms on Charminster Road. Unfortunately, despite arriving around an hour and a half before kick-off, we were told that only two of us could be accommodated, which was disappointing given we were there together to watch the match. We then headed to Brewhouse & Kitchen, where the experience couldn’t have been more different. We quickly found a table and enjoyed excellent table service throughout the evening. A special mention must go to Rick, who checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He even asked how long we had been waiting for drinks ordered through the app and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good experience. His attentiveness, professionalism and friendly approach made us feel extremely welcome. Outstanding customer service from Rick and the whole team. Great atmosphere, great hospitality, and a fantastic place to watch the football. We’ll definitely be back! 👏⚽🍻

I stayed in one of the 14 rooms above the pub / restaurant. The room was exceptionally clean, modern decor, very comfortable bed, and had huge fan as I stayed on an exceptionally hot weekend. Room service was available. Great selection of beers and food. Great value all round. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely meal in the Brewhouse, we were made very welcome by the waiter Jacob. He was most helpful and polite. I had the salmon 😋 and it was delicious, we had pudding as well. I dined out with my group of 6 of us and we had a brilliant time, loved the decor.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the Brewhouss & Kitchen in Bournemouth. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but the brewery’s beers are truly outstanding. Thanks to the friendly and detailed advice from our waiter, Jacob, I opted for an XPA and I’m honestly delighted with it.

Service was slow - we were trying to then order via the QR code but wine by the glass wasn’t available for the wine we wanted on the printed menu. We eventually got a drink. Food wasn’t cooked well; generally overdone. Admittedly, because we had a time constraint we didn't raise this directly. I’m afraid to say we came away very disappointed as our previous visit was good. I’d say that neither kitchen or waiting staff were particularly ‘on it’

We had an excellent stay at the newly refurbished rooms at the Brewhouse & Kitchen. It was super dog friendly both for the rooms and in the brewhouse below which had excellent selection of food drinks and entertainment over the weekend. The executive suite was spacious very nicely furnished and spotless! Staff were all really friendly and accommodating. 5 star stay!

Another cracking quiz night at our friendly local. The regular meal deal combines with a snappy quiz to entice us back each. There's a great atmosphere in which to enjoy a nice burger (veggie in my case, and don't be put off by the beetroot ingredients, you wouldn't know), reliably crispy fries washed down with a quality ale. It's a no brainer. Not to mention the roast that calls to us most Sundays (Yes, more stealth beetroot, and very nice), washed down with a low alcohol ale so I don't just doze the way away.
