Casa Blanca Apartments

I’ve been a resident here for three months and I love living here. I felt so welcomed by the property manager Dina. I also enjoy the peace and quiet here with a lot of the amenities they offer like the theater, game room, gym and pool. I would recommend this place to anybody single or a Family that’s looking for an affordable and great place to call home.

Casa Blanca is the place to be! The property is kept very clean and tidy, and the amenities are outstanding. The property manager, Dina, is so attentive and always addresses any concerns or questions I may have. She works hard to make everyone who comes through her doors feel welcomed and taken care of! I always feel safe and the sense of community here is excellent. Overall, Casa Blanca is a great place to live, and I highly reccomend anyone looking for an apartment in Coolidge area to take a look!

Very impressed with the clubhouse that they had there, and the neighborhood was very clean. Would be interested in hosting events here in the future.

We had our ERA Christmas Party here tonight and it was really nice…so clean and organized with all the amenities also like the gym, pool, game room and even a movie theather room. Thank you for allowing us use the place. We will definitely go back

I am so glad to find an apartment at Casa Blanca Coolidge. When entering the property it’s like a different world. I really appreciate how the management do their best to keep it looking good and they are so helpful. Dina and Kelly have been very professional and are always looking for ways to improve. I really love that it’s a smoke free property and it is enforced to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend Casa Blanca to those who are looking for a great place to live.

I lived at Casa Blanca apts. When they had just opened and moved out in December; relocating. I did enjoy leaving there, the apartments wasn’t as big, but it has all the essentials one needs. I wish it had a balcony though, but it’s not as important. It’s a calm area, and Dina the manager is awesome! Very helpful and very approachable. Never had issues with her, her husband or any of my neighbors. Everybody stays in their own business. The only downside I see is the price. I do consider the fact that the apartments are new and are the best ones in the Coolidge area, but it’s Coolidge. In my opinion they’re a little high just because of the area, but despite that, I loved it.

I was the first resident at Casa Blanca and recently moved due to a change in job. I truly enjoyed Casa Blanca and can’t say enough about the management. They were terrific and became like family. My apartment was really special~plenty of room and high end finishes and amenities.
